Webinar; Tackling the Social Care careers crisis with Generative AI - Social Care Wales

The Social Care sector faces growing challenges in workforce recruitment and retention. Across the sector, high vacancy rates are putting a strain on social care capabilities, and nearly 9% of positions remained unfilled in Wales alone as of 2023.

Social Care Wales has responded by embracing generative AI as a tool to transform and streamline the information about qualifications to enter the sector. Using AI, they aim to support employers in the sector by simplifying the recruitment processes.

These advancements have been useful in making it easier for people to understand how they can enter or advance within social care, removing some traditional barriers and providing much-needed support to those looking to make a difference in this vital industry.

This session will explore how these AI-driven initiatives have taken a step towards turning the tide and creating a more resilient and empowered social care workforce for the future.
