This report explores some of Logicdialog’s AI work across the utility sector, some of the lessons we learnt along the way, and some of the best practices you should consider if you’re assessing AI for your business. In recent years, we have collaborated with several utility companies, including PFP Energy, Welsh Water, Wales & West Utilities, South West Water, Octopus Energy, Bristol Energy, and Together Energy. Having delivered a wide range of AI projects across the sector, we’d like to share some insights. NB: Although the telecommunications sector isn’t directly represented in the list of clients above, we believe the telecoms and utility sectors share similar challenges when it comes to high volume, low value customer communications.
