A report: Conversational and Generative AI in Housing.

Throughout quarters 3 and 4 of 2023, Logicdialog worked with, interviewed (and analysed the contact centre traffic of) 50 Housing Associations and Local Authorities.

In this guide we outline our findings and illustrate the areas of these businesses that have, or could in future, benefit from the implementation of integrated, intelligent AI Assistants.
