Fast track to growth: National Legal Services take Generative AI from launch to leads to ROI in under 60 days.

National Legal Service (NLS) is a rapidly expanding family law firm based in London, England, UK. Originating in London with a team of 20, NLS has grown nationwide, with the addition of 100 team members and 20 regional offices. The firm’s commitment to delivering personal and expert legal advice led them to seek innovative solutions that could enhance client services, particularly focusing on engaging with clients outside of traditional 9-5 business hours.

NLS sought a solution to engage website visitors around the clock, capture and qualify leads, and provide early touch client services out of hours without the need for direct human interaction. The goal was to ensure that no potential client's needs went unaddressed, particularly during weekends or after closing hours.

After evaluating various solutions, NLS chose Logicdialog to deliver a Generative AI client service automation solution that could easily integrate with their various in-house systems and be set up quickly and easily. After just a few video calls and email exchanges, NLS was up and running, building their very first Gen AI-powered digital assistant tailored to their specific needs.

NLS designed the bot to collect contact information, specific case details, and address client enquiries autonomously. Tom Alberto, the company’s Head of Research and Development, was tasked with building and maintaining the new channel and has been particularly pleased with how easy Logicdialog has been to use and benefit from: “After a few hours of playing around, it is exceedingly easy to work with. NLS began receiving case leads immediately, and their AI Assistant currently qualifies around 10 cases a month. To date, around 30 qualified case leads have been passed to the NLS team, and while we can’t disclose the number of cases won, we can tell you that the average value of a case is £2200, meaning a positive ROI could easily be delivered within the first 60 days.

More importantly, NLS has observed that by using their AI Assistant to both qualify and disqualify cases, the chances of potential clients (who may be in stressful situations) needing to wait for human assistance have been significantly reduced. This improvement in response times has enhanced the overall quality of NLS services.

NLS plans to further enhance their AI Assistant’s capabilities by integrating more complex case-handling features and expanding its scope to cover additional legal areas.
